There are two types Twill Fabric  coarse twill and fine twill. Denim fabrics use No. 32 or more (under 18 inches) cotton yarn for warp and weft; fine twill uses No. 18 or less (32 inches or more) cotton yarn for warp and weft. Twill fabrics are available in natural white, bleached, and variegated colors. They are often used as linings for uniforms, sportswear, sports shoes, emery cloth base fabrics, and padding. The wide-width bleached twill fabric can be used as a sheet or as a bed sheet after printing.

 

The primary color and variegated fine twill fabric has a bright surface after electro-optical or calendering finishing, which can be used as umbrella surface and clothing folder. Nylon-polyester herringbone twill is a rising star of blended fabrics, and it is one of the most popular conventional blended fabrics. It comes from the love of its unique style. In addition, the affordable price of the fabric makes it acceptable to ordinary people. Fresh and refined, charming style, better than other mixed fiber fabrics in terms of texture, feel, style and function.

 

The fabric uses polyester DTY75D silk and nylon-polyester composite 160D as raw materials, selects a twill weave, woven on a water jet loom, and successively undergoes a series of finishing processes such as dyeing and finishing. This cloth has a width of 150cm and a weight of about 120 grams per meter. It is suitable for making men's and women's trousers, casual wear and women's skirts and other clothing. The difference between twill and plain weave? The plain weave is interwoven one up and down, the twill is two up and down or three up and down. The plain weave is the same on the front and back. The front and back of the twill are different. The front is left or right sloping, and the reverse is not sloping.

 

The plain weave is tight and thick, and the twill structure is relatively soft. As for the purpose, the design of the color is generally long and long on the front warp of the twill, and it has a good luster and soft feel. It is mostly used in clothing and bedding. In comparison, it is softer for babies. Twill fabric is a medium-thick, low-grade twill cotton fabric. There are two kinds of thick and thin (20-40 counts). Both use 2/1 left twill weave.
